Hey, it’s me again! Today marks six months since I’ve opened my gym, here are some of the amazing things that have come out of it!

This facility has become a fountain of knowledge, not only to better myself as a coach but all of my athletes and their progression. We have grown together, pushing boundaries and unlocking new levels of potential.

But it's not just about the results, It's about how we achieve them. We do it in style. Every session is about having fun and getting to know each other. We've built a community where athletes connect, support each other, and form friendships. And at the core of it all, it’s about getting strong as hell. Creating an absolutely resilient body that can withstand things that a normal human may not be able to.

So to all my athletes, I love you guys. Together, we have created something truly special. Thank you for helping make this happen, and let’s continue doing our thing and shoot for the stars.
